Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Typically this means boiling some water and waiting until the gnocchi float to the top. Take them out after a few seconds at the top so they don’t over cook and get mushy.
Add the kale and sweat a few minutes until it softens.
Add the garlic and cook a few minutes more.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 3-5 minutes until jackfruit is warmed and all the flavors combine.
