Buffalo Cauliflower “Wings”

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • ¾ cup gluten-free all purpose flour
  • tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika optional
  • 1 tsp turmeric optional
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.And line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash and separate the cauliflower into individual florets. Leave in colander to dry a bit while you make the batter.
  • Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Whisk in the almond milk and water (you may not need an entire ¼ cup). You want the consistency of the mixture to be like a batter, fluid, but not too watery.
  • Place cauliflower florets into the bowl and coat all the pieces with batter.
  • Arrange florets on prepared baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove cauliflower from oven and place in a bowl. Pour buffalo sauce over the florets and coat well.
  • Place back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve with Vegan Ranch dressing and more hot sauce.
