My Favorite Breakfast "Cereal"

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small apple I use Honeycrisp or Granny Smith, diced small
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ raspberries
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • 6-8 walnuts chopped
  • 1-2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1-2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp seeds optional
  • 1 tsp cinnamon optional
  • non-dairy milk of choice to cover

Instructions
 

  • Core apple and dice into small pieces. Place in bowl.
  • Add all desired ingredients.
  • Pour milk of choice over the ingredients in the bowl.
  • Enjoy!
