I use Honeycrisp or Granny Smith, diced small

cup
blueberries
½
raspberries
¼
cup
almonds
6-8
walnuts
chopped
1-2
Tbsp
pumpkin seeds
1-2
Tbsp
chia seeds
1
Tbsp
Hemp seeds
optional
1
tsp
cinnamon
optional
non-dairy milk of choice to cover
Instructions
Core apple and dice into small pieces. Place in bowl.
Add all desired ingredients.
Pour milk of choice over the ingredients in the bowl.
Enjoy!
