Ingredients

Optional items:

tsp
bee pollen
substitute almond milk
or preferred milk instead of coconut water (for a creamier taste)

tsp
honey
maple syrup, or 2-3 dates (for a sweeter taste)

scoop protein powder of choice
I like to use pea protein powder
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add optional items (if using).
Serve cold.
