Method
- Chop onions and garlic and let them rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Open can of beans, drain and rinse.
- Sauté onion in warm pan with olive oil until translucent. Add garlic and sauté three minutes more.
- Add spices and lemon juice and mash a little with potato masher.
- Add diced tomatoes and parsley and give the beans a stir.
- Serve warm.
