Morning Sunrise Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 orange
  • 1 peach
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 " nub ginger
  • 1 " nub turmeric
  • ½ cup ice cubes
Optional items:
  • 1 tsp bee pollen
  • substitute almond milk or preferred milk instead of coconut water (for a creamier taste)
  • 1 tsp honey maple syrup, or 2-3 dates (for a sweeter taste)
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice I like to use pea protein powder

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add optional items (if using).
  3. Serve cold.
