Chocolate Banana Almond Butter Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana medium, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp raw almond butter
  • 1-2 dates optional for added sweetness
  • 1 cup almond milk
Optional ingredients:
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds ground
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy! Enjoy right away!
