- Slice Hearts of Palm into discs.
- Place all ingredients into salad bowl.
- Mince garlic and add to bowl.
- Squeeze half a lemon onto salad.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Mix and enjoy.
